Best Team
This category applies to teams of three or more individuals who have worked effectively together to provide an excellent service. (If two personnel have worked together, these would be considered as
joint winners in other categories).
To be eligible for the 2019 awards, achievements must have taken place between November 2018 and 31 December 2019 inclusive. This form must be completed and returned by 1 May 2020, including any additional supporting documents.
PLEASE NOTE: before submitting this entry please contact your client for whom your nominee works for (or third party) to obtain a short statement on on why they officer deserve an award. This outline should complement your summary by giving slightly different examples, expanding on areas that the member company has mentioned in passing, or highlight achievements of which the member company may have only limited knowledge.

This award highlights teams of three or more individuals who have worked effectively together to provide an excellent service in either a front line or operations setting over the last year.
Entries open on open on 4 January 2022 and close on 21 March 2022. Regional winners will be announced on 13 April 2022.
Regional winners are automatically entered into the national finals, which take place on 29 June.
