Service to the Customer
High quality customer care is the key to what security companies do, and the approach of individual security personnel is central to achieving this.
This award recognises outstanding service to the customer, such as providing consistently excellent, long-term service; assuming a wide range of new responsibilities; preventing crimes through vigilance; impacting significantly on security improvement or general operation of the end-user organisation.
The achievement must have taken place between 30 November 2018 and 31 December 2019 inclusive. This form must be completed and returned by
1 May 2020, including any additional documents.
